I live in the apartment building on the corner of 2nd and High street. The entrance to its parking lot is from High street, very close to the corner. Any time there's a car stopped at the light the entrance is blocked, and the light is delayed for those cars, so unless you are coming in from the south, you have to wait for those cars to go, blocking traffic behind you, or go around the block. Could it be possible to paint the sign in front of the parking lot entrance that cars should not stop there for the light, but a little further from the entrance, and should not block the entrance to the lot? This is a bustling intersection and should have a stop sign. I've seen near misses multiple times, and it's in an area where children are walking and riding their bikes. Thanks for listening and your consideration.

Just wanted to call attention to the traffic light at E 2nd and S. High Street. It seems that the South bound High St. Left Turn Arrow (to E. 2nd ) always turns green even with no cars over the sensor (or any cars at light South bound). One issue during morning school hours at Rogers Binford is that North Bound High St. traffic (at light) backs up to E. 1st street where there is a traffic officer supporting the children walking to school. We as a family travel North on High daily and any time of the day the South Bound High St. Left turn arrow always goes green with the South Bound light. Would it be possible to check to see if that intersection traffic light arrows are programed correctly? Thank you look forward to hearing back!

As a pedestrian, there isn't a safe space to cross. Either a stop sign or a light-up cross walk would be immensely helpful and increase pedestrian safety.

Student roommates at 707 S Clifton repeatedly do not put their trash out - and when they do, after multiple weeks, it is not in keeping with the city's rules: overflowing cans spilling out, other containers not acceptable for pickup (are there even trash stickers affixed to the cans?). This is our second complaint. We have spoken with two of the tenants now, one of whom said he'd "get to it in a couple of days" and one of whom blamed his roommates for not taking care of the problem (he's on our side; he keeps telling them....). Attached are pictures from today, Easter Sunday April 16. This trash has been sitting for weeks, not put out for pickup. Perhaps it will be dealt with, for tomorrow morning. But I'm not holding my breath.
