There is a home at 1208 S Fess Ave, where 3 dogs are kept. They bark all hours of the day and night, and frequently are heard fighting with each other. They are a general nuissance and keep all the neighbors up at night.
Street light was installed on this block but never worked. Called city, saw truck, got text that issue resolved but light never came on.
new street light on my block worked for a few days after my last report but stopped, has not worked 3 nights
