There is a home at 1208 S Fess Ave, where 3 dogs are kept. They bark all hours of the day and night, and frequently are heard fighting with each other. They are a general nuissance and keep all the neighbors up at night.

There is a section of 'street' between Dunn and Henderson that I believe was supposed to be a continuation of E Wilson Street. It is just a grass area that the city owns. However, the city is doing no maintenance on this piece of property. There is a dead pine tree that needs to be removed and a very large maple tree that is overgrown and threatening to drop branches onto cars. This tree also present a health issue in that there is a large poison ivy vine growing up the tree. I have tried calling the city forester multiple times without response. Can the one tree be removed, the other pruned and cleared of poison ivy, and the grass on this city land occasionally mowed?

A Ford Country Squire Station wagon appears to have been abandoned on the street in front on my house in the 1200 block of South Washington Street. The car has not been moved since July 24th. It looks like drug addicts have taken over this home. It is listed for rent currently, but there are boards over windows That have been destroyed and people that hang out on the porch all the time. It really looks like a drug house. I believe they are there illegally.
