Hello, I am writing to make a complaint about the scooters that have appeared over the last few weeks from both Bird and Lime. This past Saturday, multiple scooters from both companies were simply abandoned in Bryan Park, some of which were blocking the sidewalks and paths through the park, some of which were leaning against trees and benches, all of which were eyesores in an otherwise lovely park. At one point in the afternoon, six or so Lime scooters were dropped off on the sidewalk by the Henderson St. lower parking lot by folks from Enterprise Rental, on the sidewalk, where people walk, run, etc. In Bloomington, we are fortunate to have bike racks everywhere. Would it be possible to require that users and companies place the scooters at bike rack locations? By simply allowing them to be left wherever, users are leaving them around without regard to others. This is also a bit of an issue with the Pace bikes. A few weeks ago, one was left leaning on the stop sign at Henderson and Davis, when there is a bike rack just a block away in the park. The hedges of this property are overgrown and block access to the sidewalk. This is a chronic issue - please remedy with homeowner (it's a rental unit). Thanks!

Vegetation near driveway obstructed sidewalk

On the north side of Grimes the sidewalk is blocked by a tree branch hanging down and touching the ground. I had to go out into the street to get around. This was west of Henderson, and I think it was a little east of Palmer.

This individual regularly parks over the sidewalk with one car, and the wrong way with the other car (both pictured). Additionally, only 1 individual lives in this house, but he has 5 cars. His property is also not kept up at all, regularly storing large appliances on his front porch (like washers and dryers) failing to repair gutters and siding, and allowing excessive overgrowth in his front yard. He brings the home values of the whole street down with his neglect.

It looks like the photo I'm trying to send may not be working.. but anyway.. In front of 1309 South Lincoln is a gutter that is NOT accepting water..the issue is NOT a plugged gutter at the street level because I have cleaned it out myself.. THis has been going on for YEARS and I've reported it twice..The city looked into it and said that there is no blockage,, but since the water backs up at Every rain, the something is obviously wrong..If you can't get a full street view from the photo I've sent with this message let me know where I can send an email with a photo attachment..Thanks.. The sidewalk on the north side of E. Grimes just east of the intersection with S. Fess is obstructed by some vegetation. It is just about impassable. I saw a pedestrian have to walk into the road today to get around the blockage. Would the City be able to look into this? Thanks!
