NO WATER,THIS WAS AN AFTER HOURS CALL TAKEN BY UTILITIES CONTROL
Ms. Green called. The property at 805 E. Grimes Lane has experienced bad tasing water for at least two weeks. The water tastes "dirty" or "muddy." The property may be in the name of John Musselman. Ms. Green is not sure whose name the service is in. I explained to Ms. Green about "lake turnover," but she would like to have lab contact her and run a test anyway. A copy of the complaint was faxed to Dillman for a lab test to be run.
Customer concerned about two things on new billing format. When they are an aqua-pay customer it says balance due $0.00 but under that says the amount being debited from their account. Customer says it is confusing. Also said a phone number to call should be on the bill.

Wants water shut off because basement is filling with water from leaking pipe.
AFTER HOURS CALL TAKEN BY CONTROL, TROY POWELL CHECKED LEAK CALL SERVICEMAN TO SHUT OFF,
WATER IN MIDDLE OF STREET FOR A FEW DAYS.
