Dricoll Street 'T's" into Henderson Street. There is a line of sight problem for those turning off of Driscoll onto Henderson Street. There are tree limbs that partially obstructs the view of oncoming vehicles. The problem is looking both directions but mainly to the North. The yard on the Northwest corner needs to be mowed and has been referred onto HAND.
When trying to turn onto Grimes from Park you can not see on-coming traffic in either direction.

Stull who has stone from 1301 washing into the drainage ditch in front of his house. Causes flooding to his yard & home every time it rains. See attch'd for more info.
Are the 3 daycares on S. Stull (1301, 1313 and 1315) all legally non-conforming. See attc'd for more info.
