RENTAL IS VACANT RIGHT NOW AND THE BASEMENT IS FULL OF OWNER'S STUFF LIKE 10 REFRIGERATORS & 20 COUCHES - AFRAID IT'S A FIRE HAZARD. MORE STUFF IN THE BACK WITH TARPS COVERING.
