Sanitation Department has left notices that bags need stickers. The gentleman at 2603 S. Bryan Street has received the notice but he states that the trash problem is across from him.

Ms. Rollins called in and stated that her trash was not collected. Larry Barker went to site and the can weighed 152 lbs. with kitty liter in them. Mr. Barker took the trash and explained why the can was overweight. This is the second week in a row that her trash was overweight.
