Received a complaint from a citizen that people are parking diagonally in the parallel spaces on Dunn Street at the SE corner of Dunn and 15th. There are three parallel parking spaces provided on this East side of Dunn Street. People are angle parking here to park more vehicles. This makes it difficult to turn from 15th onto Dunn as the rear end of the vehicles are in the Northbound travel lane.

Trash in yard, property appears abandoned. Claims "vagrants" hanging around. Believes "street people" might be illegally using it as a place to live.

Person on phone stated 539 Dorchester was the problem area. I could not find it on the GIS. Dumpster area with mattresses and trash all around it on the ground.
