Junk in the yard and someone living in a tent in the back yard. Yard is not mowed often enough.

There is furniture that has been sitting next to the dumpster for at least the past three weeks. Sometimes the furniture is in the alley next to the dumpster making it difficult for traffic to get through. She has contacted the property owner to no avail.
