His rental property is 513 N Dunn and 521 is sump pumping their basement onto his property creating a mosquito-breeding pond. Jason Widen with Jeanne Walters R.E. advised him this is a natural spring under the property that they are pumping and that the city knows about it and approves. Please check into this and advise him.

Ms. McGlaun stated she was billed for tenant's delinquent payments after his moving from her property. Does not feel she should be liable since she was not notified promptly of delinquent bill.
Letter rec'd. from Charles Short stated that tenant at 2355 S. Zona St. left leaving delinquent account at CBU. Does not think he should be responsible for bill since he was not notified of tenant's delinquency.
customer feels $54 charge is unfair. She signed to have the service turned on in advance but utilities was unable to leave the water on. She called on a saturday to have the water turned on. She feels if she had been more informed about make sure all faucets needed to be off and the possibility of a problem this could have been avoided. The letter has been forwarded to Administration.
Mr Mescher states driveway full of junk;metal, cables, sheets of glass; trees cut but never removed. Mr. Mescher requests a call back after site has been visited; he doesn't understand why his first complaint was not valid.
Vacant lot across the street from her address has very high weeds that need mowing.
