Yard Waste
3821 E Regents CIR
- Case Date:
- 4/20/2011
Courtesy Pick up. Resident called in stating that we hadn't picked up his yard waste and that the waste was in a recycling bin. I explained to resident that it was likely missed because somebody out for yard waste would not have been looking for recycling bins. Resident became aggitated and remained so, even after I explained to him that we would have someone out to pick up the waste. Roger Todd went out same day as the original miss and picked the yard waste up prior to 2:30pm.
