Approximate location. Poison Hemlock in ROW, infringing upon the asphalt. There is no room for a pedestrian to step out off the road without getting tangled up in the brush. No picture this time. Chronic issue in this location.
Weeds growing out of the street over over into the street
Deer cross S. Rogers St. daily in one particular location, on the north side of the 2129 S Rogers St property. An increasing number of cars fly down the road all day and lots of people use the sidewalk so its a risk not only to the deer but to motorists and pedestrians. I am requesting a deer crossing sign be installed on both sides of the road. My mom lives at 2219 S Rogers St. and we frequently see deer and their babies nearly get hit (and have been hit). If you face 2129 S Rogers, you will see the area on the far left side of the property where they cross near the trees. Thank you for considering this signage. Concrete retaining wall has broken apart and fallen into and is currently blocking the sidewalk. This has been like this for a while now.
New BRU burger building has multiple downspouts that drain directly onto the Grant Street sidewalk. I don't believe this is allowed with new construction?
The weeds along the street are overwhelming the sidewalk in this area. Not sure who is responsible for upkeep--city or adjacent property owners.
Caller said grass and weeds behind this house is really bad and the alley behind this house is impossible to drive down because of overgrowth.

I have sent this in a couple times and it still has not been addressed. There are shrubs/trees overgrown into the road and it is making it dangerous because cars are swerving into the middle of the road to miss it. It has made it very unsafe for those walking in the neighborhood. The city trimmed it back a year or two ago and that helped. I would like for it to be trimmed back again. Thank you.
