Lineal Contracting from Bedford is putting in underground utilities for something (AT&T I think) in our area and left a hole in my front yard (and my neighbors) and took off without filing it in. Haven’t seen them in over a week. I called them but they gave no answers and didn’t contact me when they said they would. All I (and my neighbor) request is they return to finish their work. A complete disrespect of private property. Can you help? Enough is enough with this!!

Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. Property manager does not maintain sidewalk clearance. Passersby have removed obstructive invasive branches which remain piled in the yard. The tree in the photo has multiple invasive weeds that need to be removed as well as the tree trimmed back from the sidewalk. There is another tree north of this location that is in similar condition. I personally brought this to the attention of the property manager with no response. Hence turning to uReport. Thanks.

AEG is installing fiber in my neighborhood and they have been putting their heavy trucks and boring machine on the sidewalk. The sidewalk from 14th to 17th on the west side of Rogers was already all cracked up from age but this is the straw that breaks the camels back. It is definitely much worse than it was a week ago, over almost the entire length. I want to make sure the homeowners aren't held responsible for this damage. It would have lasted years more without heavy trucks on it but now its decidedly concave and will almost certainly start giving up big chunks in the next winter.

No pavement markings at entire intersection. Roads are wide enough for two lanes, but not marked. Causes confusion and dangerous during high traffic times.

When it rains, water sheds to the west off the B-Line and drops sediment on the sidewalk along Kirkwood. It seems preferable that the water would shed toward Morton Street where the storm water drains can other job. The sediment deposit from the rain last week is still covering the sidewalk on the north side of Kirkwood.

Truck continues Parking on street… you’ve closed this again with no citation because there’s not a no parking sign?! On an active two lane street? That makes no sense. It’s a street. Not a parking spot. There is no street parking in this neighborhood. Never has been. We will let other HOAs no that per parking services we can park on any street as long as a sign isn’t erected. Just nonsense.
