During construction, there is not a safe way for pedestrians, joggers, wheelchairs, baby strollers and other non-vehicle movement through this blind road. Recommend routing traffic or reducing speeds to allow for people to safely get through this tight spot.
Sidewalk on Smith is being encroached upon by undergrowth
Sidewalk along s Smith overgrown and crumbling where it crosses the small creek/drain 500ft north of e. moores.
Report #184911 was closed with the comment "no longer an issue" however nothing was done and the sidewalk is still overgrown.
It is practically impossible, as a pedestrian or cyclist to cross S College Mall Road to go west on Moores Pike if you are coming from Kroger.
Mud from erosion blocks the sidewalk.
Haven’t mowed the grass yet this year. Makes the entire area look shoddy and unkept. It’s at least a foot tall.
Overgrown yard, blocking roadway
Extreme, excessive growth and noxious weeds permeating the property.
The property owner is not taking care of the yard. Grass and weeds are well above the 8 inch limit. Yard has not been mowed at all yet this year. The photo submitted is the way the whole yard looks and is a very large lot. This same thing happened last year.
