New road height is significantly below curb edge (over two inches) along all of newly finished roadway on Fullerton Pike and new roundaboat but is hazard for drivers and cyclists entering and leaving Southwest public library branch. This is a very rough transition for cyclists and could cause issues as cyclists will be turning in or out while also ascending or descending over this sharp edge between surfaces.

The amount of semi tractor trailers traffic has increased. Semi’s turning from Bloomfield Rd on to Allen have to wait and block traffic for the turn while using the their lane and the center turning lane. Also they almost bother lanes of Allen St for a block or more until they get their semi straightened out. And if 2 happen to pass each on Allen st they have to crawl to not hit rub each other or take out mail boxes or trees.
When they heading westbound on Allen Dr and try to get on to Bloomfield rd is an ordeal depending which way they and turn in and if they have a load. I don’t understand why something can’t be done to force them to use the truck route that was put in just for this purpose.

The protected turn arrow on Fee Lane (traffic turning westbound onto 17th Street) is not functioning. Our transit buses are required to turn left on a none protected signal, and the increase in traffic has made the turn challenging. The signal has a protected turn arrow, but it was deactivated at some point over IU's summer break.
Street & Traffic Signs
300 E 19th St
- Case Date:

In the 300 block of E 19th St, there are NO "no parking" signs, and NO yellow curbs. As the students return to the area they just park as they want causing traffic issues. There is no way an emergency vehicle can get through the area as the road is blocked by parked cars.

The light going north on walnut facing 4th st turns green for less than 10 seconds. It only allows one or two cars through. This is occurring at 6 am when there are few cars on the road

Hello-
There were street crew south of here earlier this morning and when I got home this evening there's a cable down from a pole and it is across my driveway and in my yard.
It looks like a communication line, but I'd rather not mess with it.
thanks

This area does not have a left turn lane and I've been in multiple instances where the traffic has been backed up to the light because people are waiting to turn left. It seems when there are events or something at the Warehouse or Mill, traffic gets really bad. Any way to add a turn lane or remove the ability to turn left?

There are no signs on Coolidge or Brown streets by the Broadview Learning Center and Bloomington Graduation School building indicating it is a school or reducing speed limits. BGS is an alternative high school in MCCSC, but the students are entitled to the same protections as any traditional high school. Please remedy this inequity.

In 2019/2020, the Rogers Multiuse Path Project removed a large area of mature evergreen trees and shrubs. Before the project began, the city convened a public meeting at Sherwood Oaks church, where this project was presented. Neighborhood residents were under the impression (from what was stated at the meeting) that despite the construction and removal of mature trees and shrubs there was a plan to replace the mature trees and provide appropriate barriers to shield adjacent residences from Rogers Rd. Given that one of the adjacent neighborhoods is named “The Woodlands” it is ironic that the large swath of mature trees and shrubs was removed by the city. In 2020, the neighborhood inquired about the promised tree replacement plan and advocated in support of the tree replacement plan via email exchanges with a city employee.
This link to Google Street view shows some of the mature trees, shrubs, and vegetation that existed before removal.

The neighbors request that you please consider restoration of trees, shrubs, and vegetation.
