Catherine Pierce (goes by Cathy) called in to complain about her neighbors parking in front of her ADA accessible ramp that is in front of her home (on the Fairview Side). The neighboring area has the Rock Climbing facility and they are often blocking her ramp and she cannot get out. Difficult to exit 1405 South Rogers Street parking lot onto S Rogers due to line of site obstruction (bush) on the property 1409 S Rogers Street. Consider requiring trimming bush back to clear line-of-site for exiting parking lot of 1405 S Rogers Street. It is difficult to visualize traffic travelling northbound due to bush/obstructed view. Hole made in street at easement to our driveway during cable work. This patch fell through. And hole if open. Picture won’t attach.

The north & southbound stop signs are mounted on the high sides of retaining walls (seems this might be recent) and the height of them is too much relative to the driver's eye. The position of the sign northbound is also obstructed by a tree. This seems to be exacerbated by the fact that the northbound approach is on a hill. A stop ahead sign might also be helpful to emphasize the stop condition. Thank you.

There are no signs on Coolidge or Brown streets by the Broadview Learning Center and Bloomington Graduation School building indicating it is a school or reducing speed limits. BGS is an alternative high school in MCCSC, but the students are entitled to the same protections as any traditional high school. Please remedy this inequity.

This location would benefit from pedestrian crossing signs. Pedestrians are often stuck in the intersection while the light changes for vehicular traffic because they do not have enough notice of the traffic signal change.
