When attempting to exit S Euclid onto W 2nd St. it is impossible to see traffic on W 2nd to turn onto W 2nd. There are flowers and weeds on both east and west sides that make this intersection unsafe.

Fiber project was blocking the sidewalk on N Monroe at approximately 5:10pm 7/8. No signs or barricades were present.

The city’s fiber project made a bunch of small holes in W 11th ST and filled them in with small river rick. As expected, they are washing out in the rain and leaving deep holes. Please repair!

The corner of Moores Pike and Claris currently has flashing Yellow lights to help pedestrians cross Moores Pike. Drivers view yellow lights as a call to speed up not Stop. I walk there frequently but cars seldom slow or stop Sometimes the cars speed up, either to beat the light or to run over me. Perhaps it would help to change the lights to red which means Stop. Or install a regular stop light. Also, at the Southeast corner of Hillside Dr and College Mall Rd. The crossing light turns on when the vehicles turn right from Sare Rd onto Hillside Dr. This is very dangerous for the pedestrian since the corner is not visible to the cars turning right. Hedge growing in front of house at the SE corner of Henderson and University can block driver heading west on University from seeing car (bicycle?) heading north on Henderson. I was heading north; had to slam on brakes. I thought the other driver had failed to stop, but when i came back later, i found that their line of sight might have been blocked. Thanks!
