Letter from neighbor very upset about all the trash on this property. Including a dump truck full of garbage has a bad odor, and attacks bugs and animals. Grass is high and the whole property is an eye sore.
Trash in the back, you can see from the alley.

Plants growing across the sidewalk
The Bloomington Housing Authority has a resident that has requested an ADA be installed on Miller Drive the street to the south of Park Avenue so he can access the bus stop at the entrance of Walnut Woods from his apartment on Park Avenue. He also states it's hard for him to get off the bus at the stop on Park Avenue.
Third time residence has been written up since 6-5-12. Please note that 6-25 write-up was actually issued on 6-18
