Made a left onto Lincoln from 4th toward Kirkwood 3-13-25 , probably about 12:15. Yellow paint spill from 4th to Kirkwood. Didn’t think a Lot about it. Thought it was dried. Looked like paint for lining the roads. Stopped at the grocery. Raised yellow paint on my tires, wheel wells and some on the bottom of the car.
Who is responsible for maintaining (or removing) vandalized Ameritech utility boxes? This is one example, but they litter the landscape all over the city.
Difficult to exit 1405 South Rogers Street parking lot onto S Rogers due to line of site obstruction (bush) on the property 1409 S Rogers Street. Consider requiring trimming bush back to clear line-of-site for exiting parking lot of 1405 S Rogers Street. It is difficult to visualize traffic travelling northbound due to bush/obstructed view. The street lights need to be reangled or shielded so the light shines only onto the intersection and stops blinding the houses at the intersection. The light on the southwest corner is particularly bad due to the height of the land and the angle of the light. We issued several complaints when the intersection was re-done and nothing has ever been done. The light pollution is terrible at this intersection and there is no reason it should be brighter than even Walnut and Winslow. Please install light shields to angle the lighting properly.
Heading east or west on 2nd street/bloominfield rd. The intersection at Adams is really out of hand. East and west always has a red light which builds up traffic while adams north and south rarely has a single car pass. In addition the light at patterson and 2nd heading east and west is always missed timed with the light at adams. When adams goes green heading east, patterson goes red. Please please help or at least respond via email and give a reason as to why these are so poorly timed.
The intersection on 17th Street and College avenue. The stoplight where you turn left on College Avenue, the left turn signal is about a second long giving no time for cars to turn left.
Heading east on 17th st, turning north into Fee lane, the left turn light is never activated. There is usually heavy westbound traffic when I'm attempting a left at this light and it can be difficult to fit in a turn with unending oncoming traffic.
Wild Cherry bush on the corner of Franklin & West 3rd at the China House is causing a line of site issue
Tree limbs/vegetation encroaching into the sidewalk around the restaurant. One tree limb partially covering a section of sidewalk.
Nw corner Montclair & Wimbleton, tree is blocking right of way, needs pruning.
