South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. Please hold the owners of the commercial building for sale on the b-line by the pickle ball courts accountable for their property. There is trash and overgrowth everywhere! This is a huge eyesore for a otherwise nice area that tax payers spent a lot of money on and to maintain!

There need to be stop signs here or some warning that there no longer are stop signs, you guys took out the stop signs now every car races down E 7th street. It's been two days and there has already been a car crash, this could be a student next. It is not safe at all and needs action taken immediately.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. Referred to as "ponds". This has caused an increase in critters and bugs in the area. I would like this request to remain anonymous please...

This is a rental property. There is a large tree in the front yard that looms over surrounding properties and drops branches, leaves, and debris. Causes damage to surrounded roofs, guttering, and vehicles.

Resident reports that the stop sign at the intersection of 7th and Indiana is on the left side of the road and believes that it is against regulations to not have one on the right side. Additionally, resident reports that the stop sign at 7th and Woodlawn is also not in compliance due to exceeding height limitations. The resident expressed his concern that there would be traffic accidents because of the home football game if these signs were not adjusted.

There is a very dangerous vehicular traffic pattern on S Woodlawn Ave between Sheridan Dr and E Hillside Dr, especially near the Grimes & Woodlawn and Weatherstone & Woodlawn intersections. There is a blind hill on Woodlawn that greatly decreases visibility for everyone. North @ south-bound vehicles on Woodlawn regularly break the speed limit by 20+ MPH and have even seen estimated speeds of 70+ mph. Sometimes vehicles "floor it" on Woodlawn southbound from Sheridan Ln stop sign. The city should consider installing a STOP sign on Woodlawn @ Grimes intersection to decrease the speed of North & South-bound traffic on Woodlawn Ave. The city should also consider additional signage to protect pedestrians who are crossing from Weatherstone Ln to Bryan Park. I have almost been hit there several times by speeding cars and trucks. This is a primary route for cyclists, pedestrians, commuting students, and dog-walkers. Pedestrians and cyclists crossing Woodlawn anywhere between Hillside and Sheridan Ave risk injury and death by vehicles speeding up and down the blind hill. The intersection of 7th and Dunn has become incredibly dangerous since the removal of the stop signs on 7th St cross streets. There has already been at least one accident. A stop sign *at least* at this intersection, if not every second cross street, is a necessity for public safety.

There are a lot of homeless people that stay in this area from time to time between the state farm building and the electric site building and I don't mind them, but they often leave a lot of trash in this area. Can someone come out to clean the area?
