There are signs at this intersection for vehicles turning right onto Kirkwood that say "YIELD" but I think that it would be helpful if the signs were more explicit. I am confused by them because in general left-turning traffic must yield to right-turning traffic but there is also a crosswalk at that point, which makes me wonder if the yield is for pedestrians who are crossing or left-turning traffic. In addition, the bike lane has two exits near there; I think that one of the exits is for bicyclists who want to continue on Adams and the other (at the crosswalk) is for bicyclists who want to turn right. Is the yield sign to tell vehicles to yield to bicyclists entering the roadway and turning right, for pedestrians crossing, or for traffic? Explicit signs would be helpful for all parties at this intersection.

Illegal dumping on CSX Transportation property directly next to B-Line trail. I have contacted the County Solid Waste Department, but they had said they cannot do anything since access would be required on the B-Line trail. 2 issues: one is there are End Construction signs left at the entry to Winslow Farms Drive off of Winslow Road, Please remove these, construction ended a long time ago. 2. When will the orange barrels be removed from all the crosswalks on Winslow Road? Also these brick crosswalks are probably going to be driven over due to poor markings and will be causing accidents Thanks.

The Cloverleaf Family Restaurant West Side of Bloomington has an excessive amount of trash and debris outside its back door and dumpster area. Additionally, they have a makeshift smoking area hidden in the bushes in the alley way. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed.

Please put in crosswalks here. This is a dangerous intersection and there is a lot of foot traffic here. I had to jump out of the way of a car that came within a few inches of hitting me when I was crossing when I had right-of-way. Also please extend the sidewalk north of here on the west side of Kinser Pike; it stops at the Midas property line and people have to cross to the east side of Kinser for a sidewalk or they walk along the road or in people's yards.

I live at the corner of S. Park Avenue and University Street. In the last two months, there have been at least 4 traffic accidents at the corner when someone does not stop. While the police were called for 2 of the accidents, the others did not involve the police (drove off or exchanged information). The police were called when the accidents were significant enough to require towing away one (or both) vehicles. I do not know that a four-way stop is the right solution to reduce this problem, but something should be done.
