The parking stripes on South Dunn are no longer visible between the 1200-1400 blocks. Can these please be repainted? This will help improve parking on the street. Thank you.

7th street is a nightmare for drivers and bicyclists alike. The new configuration with medians and curbs came at a very high cost financially, and personal and property safety. Bicyclists must cross traffic and can't be seen; motorists have ongoing (even those who know the streets) problems navigating the extended curbs and the narrow streets. This is an ongoing problem area.
The city recently replaced worn some worn curbs and this week repaved a big section of Park Ridge Road in Park Ridge East. The crew did an exceptional job! However, on the east side of the street between the park and Sheffield Drive there is a considerable amount of chunky gravel and dirt left on the sidewalk. Will the city please send someone to clean it up? Thank you so much.

For over a year, both the owner and tenant of this location have made repeated offenses against city code - including dumping yard waste in the ally, not picking up trash in yard and on sidewalk, having multiple broken down cars parked (for over a year) on property without attempts to repair/remove them. Owners are constantly parking on sidewalk for days at a time. Tenants have aggressive dog that has jumped the fence and attacked people. Blue car in front of house (with flat tires) hasn't moved in over a year, and does not run. Blue SUV doesn't run, and hasnt moved in months. Trash and recycle bin are constantly over flowing and spilling trash. Bins are never removed from sidewalk. Witnesses have caught tenants throwing trash into neighbors yard.
Reported by Joanne Freeman to me. Unfinished AT&T fiber project started last summer has left exposed conduit, foot-deep holes and sand fill in rights of way (meaning grass doesn't grow). She wants City inspectors to contact Michael or Sharon Dalton who are the property managers for the subdivision to get this situation addressed. AT&T has been unresponsive to neighborhood contact. Thank you for the all-way stop controls at the Fairview/11th intersection south/east of the railway! This has been a huge improvement to the intersection. Can we get a marked crosswalk just south/east of the railway bridge to cross from the north corner to the east corner (as shown on my laughably cartoony mark-up)? I know that this intersection has been considered recently, so there may be a reason why a marked crosswalk was not recommended. But if there is not a good reason, a marked crosswalk here would be so helpful.
