This property has vegetation overgrowth over the W. 3rd St. side and the Walker side of the property every year this is a problem every year it’s reported does the property owner not have a continued responsibility to maintain these walkways and site lines to the stop sign at Walker and third?
The sidewalk runs parallel to N.Kinser Pike and from 1102 W. Yellowwood Court all the way north to the intersection of Kinser and Acuff, you cannot walk on the sidewalk because of trees and bushes growing over it. Several of my neighbors are older and cannot safely walk out onto the grassy slope to get around the overgrowth. The limbs and branches need to be trimmed.
Plants on property encroaching onto sidewalk making it dangerous for pedestrians trying to avoid heavy , high speed traffic on atwater avenue. Plants are a trip hazard. Plants are also not allowing for handicap access on that block.
One of the new street trees planted by the city after the completion of the new north extension of the Jackson Creek Trail last fall has unfortunately died, and should be replaced. It is sending up suckers at the base, but I don’t think a large shrubby plant is what was intended. Tree is near the property line of the house on High and the house on the corner facing Wimbleton. 909 and 917 W Cardinal Court Neither property owner has mowed their property on the south side of the "creek" in 2022. Grass, weeds, and overgrowth are now as tall as the fences of the owners who DO maintain their properties on the south side of the creek. Multiple uReports were submitted against 909 W Cardinal Court in 2021 for this same issue and nothing was done (the debris remains today, with animals using it as their den). This complaint is being filed by multiple property owners on Countryside Lane.
A month ago, I sent in a uReport - https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=180147 and I haven't heard anything about it. In the past month, the vegetation is covering more of the multiuse path.
At the intersection of Patterson and 2nd street on the southwest corner, there's a tall patch of grass that's a traffic and pedestrian hazard.
Alley & property easement has been barricaded with 2 fences denying only access to rear of 317 W 14th St. Also denying children straight path to MCYM and Junior High School. Was blocked gated to “keep habitat people from walking by property” 910 N Madison.

Poor/horrible visibility at the intersection of 4th and Jackson streets. If you are traveling on Jackson and needing to turn on 4th or cross 4th - you have to pull 1/2 way into the road to see around parked cars. I've witnessed several near accidents. Recommending a 4 way stop at this intersection.
