big brush pile attracting skunks, yard overgrown, not been mowed

Fiber co. Cut sidewalk. Someone came to patch with asphalt. Asphalt sunk immediately. Looks like a significant hole in sidewalk. Water meter appears to be affected as well - tilting towards the hole (did not use to).

Following up on Case# 200891: There remain two large concrete utility enclosures sitting by the street. One is on the NW corner of Lincoln/8th and another a block further on the NW corner of Lincoln/9th. They appear to be associated with the fiber optic installation. They are just sitting there.

Trash piled up on side of house, animals getting into it and pulling trash out. Trash also in the alley
