Very low water pressure throughout home. Toilet tanks not refilling.

The fire hydrant on the corner of Fenway and Elliston in Sherwood Oaks is making a hissing sound. From my home ownership that means a leak, but not sure about hydrants. Thanks!!

The address is the closest to the issue, but the water I’ve seen is on the west side of High St. As I bike this street, I see that there is water running along the edge of High Street. I don’t know where it originates but I’ve noticed it throughout the summer.

There has been water here all summer. The grass next to the road is squishy with moisture. I don’t think it’s from routine maintenance.

Wet spot on NE corner of Woodlawn/11th. There is an active sprinkler system nearby around Luddy Hall, but this appears to be independent of that.

Plumber reported high water pressure today (over 80). Can CBU please check to ensure it is not a municipal issue in my neighborhood with high/fluctuating water pressure. Thank you.
