Got a call from next door neighbor who says backyard fence is out of compliance and that they are excavating in their back yard with the intention of installing some "huge metal things" underground.The huge metal things are currently in the driveway at the location awaiting installation.

Still can't see safely to turn from Orris to 11th St. The wheelchair ramp is also obstructed. You seem to have an issue getting Michael to respect the city.
I am writing to bring attention to an issue I am facing as a new homeowner at 909 W Cardinal Ct, Bloomington, IN. There is a runoff in my backyard that originates from a creek in a nearby park. This runoff significantly affects the usability of my property, as I am unable to extend my backyard or fully maintain the lawn beyond my fenced-in area due to flooding. As the homeowner, I am responsible for cleaning and mowing the area on the other side of the fence, but i cannot access this space due to the water accumulation. I have reviewed the blueprint and property lines (LOT 4), and I do not believe there should be a body of water running through my backyard. I am also aware that my neighbors have previously complained about this issue, and I would like to resolve it so that I can fully enjoy and utilize my entire property. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter, as I am paying a substantial mortgage but am unable to fully access my entire property. Old boat parked in the back yard
1 year after my yard was flooded with mud, this retention hole behind my house is still unfinished and full of weeds! Recently in July they dug up pipes they had installed, and they are still lying there.... who is responsible for finally finishing this mess and mowing the weeds down? I dread another heavy rain and my yard filling with mud again... Please have the people who are responsible finish construction of this area and maintain it properly! Thanks , Dave Reid 812-363-3049
Parking on the grass every day at rental.
The small car on the left of the photo is parking on the grass. It is an ongoing problem for years at this property. Planning has a file. There is supposed to be railroad ties to mark the parking but the tenants and mowers move them. A call has been made to Planning today.
