There is a blind corner at the corner of S Palmer Ave and E Driscoll St. I was driving south on Palmer and a car pulled out in front of me because they could not see me coming. I slammed on the brakes and I came very close to hitting the other car. If you drive by it is obvious that something needs to be done or someone is going to get injured.
Trees/bushes at the corner of 17th street and N. Willis Drive are blocking the view enough that motor vehicles are unable to see west on 17th street without pulling out into the bicycle lane. The complainant nearly hit a bicyclist whilst trying to pull out onto 17th street. The flora is on Gouldy's lot.

The house on the north-west corner of Maxwell and Fess has plants so tall that it is dangerous for cars driving south on Fess to pull into the intersection.
On the corner of Grimes and Stull (south side of Grimes/east side of Stull) the weeds/plants on that corner make it very difficult for school traffic to leave. The corner of Estate Drive and Falcon as you travel east on Falcon. As you approach the stop sign, you cannot see it because tree limbs cover a majority of it. You are right on top of it before you can see it which can be too late, especially your first time or two traveling that way.
