More overgrown yard Looks like the house has been abandoned and probably has squatters in it. Again this has been going on for years. Nice how the city enforce the code so unequally. I understand the does have some leeway to interpret the code but this seems to fall outside of that. Drives Down the neighbors home values and or rental income.

Yard at the house has been overgrown for years. This has been going on for years. Looks great when students are moving in the neighborhood. Why can’t the city do something about it. Why does this person get special treatment? If so then just get rid of CITY CODE.
