Grass is excessively overgrown for weeks
Grass is excessively overgrown for weeks
Way overgrown lawn that is over a foot high. Have reported two weeks ago and still nothing done. Why is the city not doing more than just issuing citations? This neighbor blatantly has no regard for the law nor the neighborhood.
Occupants said they don't own home and have no obligation to mow, maintain, upkeep, etc. Verified through GIS/Elevate they are owners of record since 2014. Yard has not been cut in 2020. Can't remember last time trees were trimmed. Debris stacked in front yard. Animals (foxes?) living under back deck. Home looks abandoned and is neighborhood eyesore. This same thing happens every year. Responsible homeowners are being penalized for having irresponsible (lazy?) neighbors.
the grass has not been mowed in weeks, at least 10-12 inches high.
No cut to lawn and increase in insects, snakes, and predator animals coming from yard.
Residents leave cans at curb weeks at a time.
Excessive growth, structure failure, trash, clothing and garbage strewn about. Neighbors on east use as a place to throw their garbage. Been reported several times .
numerous areas of trash from south patterson on to west allen going west all the way to 2nd street or bloomfield road. its looking bad.
tarsh scattered along the tree line, all along street
The residence at 1000 W 11th has allowed their grass to grow to serious excessive length, we’ll beyond city code.
