I am not sure where to send this to but hoping you can share these remarks with the Historic Preservation Commission: I see that the players Pub is up for the HPC to decide if it should be taken down. I think it should. The place is about to fall in and is a eyesore to everyone in that area. I see that Derek Richey posted that he is wanting to keep because he does not want more Apt built in Bloomington? what is his job? seems like he has crossed the line and is trying to act as a city planning and not the HPC. He is trying to get all his friends to send in that is should stay so someone will not build new. That is not his job. He should not be able to post like this. Derek has crossed the line. I think it should come down and whatever goes in can only help the area out. Never heard of Boxman and I have been around my whole life. Tear it down.

I'm checking in on this case because the broken furniture is still on the side of this house.i know you have followed up several times with this house and I very much appreciate your efforts. It just seems that this landlord/tenant is not responding.

Homeowner at 2232 S Olde Mill Court leaves his garbage cans at the street for many days after the Thursday morning pickup. This picture was taken Saturday afternoon after Thursday pick up. This happens weekly. He then stores the cans outside in front of the house.

Unfortunately I can only provide one image. Every dumpster at this property has garbage around it. Also, check the north side of the property around building 504. There is trash behind this building. This is an ongoing problem. Right now they have no maintenance at all. Even when they do, trash is everywhere. The dumpster areas are an eyesore and health hazard.

Unit 3351. This trash has been here all week and it’s spilled onto patio which the rain washed down the swale into the area behind my unit. I reported to Tempo on Friday it was still here this morning.
This was the 2nd. time I have reported to Tempo but I decided to file a UReport this time. I want the neighborhood to look normal this Summer for my Child. He would be embarrassed around his friends back there. Thanks

Second trash bag this week. First is in background. Mother’s Day weekend unsightly. Unit 3351 Oaklawn Circle. I wish to remain anonymous. These neighbors create a lot of stress their twin toddlers get a hold of key fob and repeatedly honk horn. I will address that later and I wish to remain anonymous thanks

I rang doorbell then knocked asking to remove opened spilled trash bag. No answer. My dog tried to get into it. Been there for hours. I don’t have money for extra Veterinarian care and my dog is already a patient at Medicaid Vet. I want the neighborhood to look nice for my Son and him to not think that is normal behavior in life. Thank You

Open spilled trash bag is still here since Sunday 2 days ago. Please fine these people. This leads me to believe the tenant moved out. Better make sure no animals are in there too. Thanks
