Abandoned looking house. Eyesore. Peeling paint. Invasive vines climbing on structure. Mowed 1 time earlier this year. Seriously? There is no clean up enforcement that can be taken on behalf of the surrounding property owners whose property values suffer when blight like this seem to be enabled? by lack of proper regulation or enforcement?
Lawn maintenance needed.
This derelict property has been previously reported as unsafe due to the open door shown in the picture. It was remedied before, but someone has obviously broken in again.
Officer Eric Dunn from the Indiana State Police called in and stated that the sidewalk next to BRI'S property on the west side of the street just north of the RR tracks is very overgrown with vegetation.
House has been abandoned for over a year. I am concerned that it may be overrun by vermin as it is covered by vines. The front door is periodically open and squatters may be living there.
