This was cleaned up this morning after I called Orion Property and told them my neighbor thinks it’s their renter who sends their Child to dumpster. I was told “ we can’t accuse anyone”. I said “ I didn’t say to, but maybe they don’t know it’s illegal in Bloomington”. It was cleaned up within the hour.
Tempo is aware of the situation and is passing my recommendation for camera surveillance at dumpsters. This has been ongoing for YEARS and dumpster is not even half full!!!

The city came to do an inspection and added replace the drop tiles in bathroom ceiling. They never came to fix it . Was supposed to October 10th. On 11/20/2023 I was taking a shower and the ceiling caved in and a baby raccoon came in with it. I’ve contacted the landlord they are supposed to fix it but they already knew of the raccoon problem. I have a video of the raccoons up there as well as the list showing that the city asked them to fix it
