Hello, I am currently trying to sell my house at 1221 W. 6th Street. Potential buyer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive however several people have decided not to buy my house because of the condition of the neighboring property to the east. That particular house is abandoned and derelict. Are you able to take any action that would remedy this plight or if this is simply a civil matter please let me know what steps I should take to address the problem myself. I had a report from a neighborhood resident that there is overgrown weeds and bushes on Ford Ave. From the resident's description it appears to be somewhere between Graham and Ralston. I believe possibly at the Ralston intersection with Ford. The resident is an elderly women and was very concerned about her ability to see when she drove because of this overgrowth. Thank you
