These 2 Homeowners have not removed snow and ice from the sidewalks on the north side of Maxwell Lane. There’s only one sidewalk in this street, and it is impassable here due to high fall risk.
Corner lot property with apparently absent owner. Sidewalk on 3rd St. side of property has been covered in snow and ice for past 2 weeks. Very dangerous for pedestrians. Please notify and/or cite owner. Thank you.
At least half of the sidewalk in front of a house on Fess (west side, 4th house north Maxwell) shows no attempt of ever being cleared. It is now packed down and extremely icy. All other sidewalks clear. Thank you.
Dumpster in back (on alley) has been overflowing for weeks. Rats, raccoons, vagrants, and other vermin are digging through and scattering it about.
Blocked sidewalk both sides of Sherwood Oaks Church drive on Sare from their plowing; yard sign in R-O-W EVERY YEAR. I felt like I almost fell into Sare road going around yard sign I’m getting over flu A. Atwater is a very busy street and this sidewalk is still impassable— 3 weeks after the heavy snow!!
Sidewalk blocked with snow since the first snow fall. The tenants/Landlord have done nothing about it.
