Question: Who is responsible for removing snow from the sidewalk on W 17th the roundabout? The city or the owner of the warehouse? The sidewalk lies between the roundabout guardrails and 17th St. The snow is an impediment to walkers. No one seems to consider their responsibility. The sidewalk in front of both schools has been blocked by large snow piles and none of the sidewalks that run in front of the school have been cleared of snow.
