Trash strewn about west side of house - animals digging around in it. Also, back of property (in overgrown area) has much trash in it, including old television, etc. Looks like a city dump.

Tree has poison ivy and *many* other invasives growing around and up the trunk.

3425 E Third street, the brick house. This house has all kind of commercial and industrial appliances in the side and back yard of the house. Can you let the homeowner know to remove these items from the yard this is not an appliance store. This has been reported before and nothing has changed.
