The fiber installation crew left a ratio full of dirt/mud and trash in my yard. If it were just dirr I would deal with it, but I don't know what is in there.

Property owner blew leaves all over sidewalks along both Cottage Grove and Lincoln, where they have piled up and are blocking passage and making the walkways slippery and dangerous. If the City refuses to pick up leaves, they should at least follow through and fine people who blow leaves onto ther people's property or public thoroughfares. The argument that the leaves will eventually decay is specious; that line of thought could be extended to saying that there is no need for laws at all because eventually everyone alive today will one day be dead.
Could you please ask the landlord at 402 E 1st Street to clean up the leaves in their front yard? Twice now, their leaves have blown onto my property at 404 E 1st Street. I had my yard cleaned before Thanksgiving and again today, December 14. As you can see from the photo, my property (on the left) is well-maintained, while 402 (on the right) is not. I would appreciate it if the landlord could take responsibility and maintain the property in a way that reflects good neighborly behavior. FYI: I do not have trees on my front or side yards. Thank you. Sincerely, Elida C. Behar 12/14/2024.
At the address of 1125 E Hunter, the homeowner leaves trash and recycle bins blocking the sidewalk after pick up. This homeowner will leave the bins out all week and take trash to bin daily instead of taking bin back to property. These bins block the entire sidewalk at Hunter and Ballantine on the west side of the sidewalk.
Trash and litter have been left across the property for the last three weeks. Trash is now blowing into neighbors’ yards.
There are trash cans blocking the full width of the sidewalk on Ballantine (west side), just north of Hunter. Pick up was Monday morning and it is Wednesday today.
Mounds of trash piled up on the ground on the back (north) side of this house, attracting wild animals and potentially a fire hazard.
Garbage constantly left outside allowing pests to get into. This attracts rodents and recently a coyote!
2 sofas left on the easement for three weeks
