Mattress material's are on the street and on lot. Mattress's are being stripped down and the metal is being scrapped, but the rest of the mattress is being left. Caller believes these mattresses have bed bugs.

student moving trash on front lawn at 1514 E Maxwell Lane corner of Mitchell for almost 2 weeks- presumably because of no stickers? Can the rental management be motivated to take care of the mess?? Thank you.

Resident has been written up numerous times this year for trash violations. Yesterday resident did not have any stickers on trash for pickup.
