The neighbor states that there is a great deal of trash in the backyard. They have tried to talk to the owner of the property but it has not helped. They are concerned about animals getting in to the trash and getting it everywhere.

Trash barrels left out near road past the pick-up date. A mattress has been left out for at least three weeks. Attempted to call sanitation and was told they need to contact HAND.

The house at 516 has left out trash and trash cans for two days. I reported under trash, but realized that might not be the correct place, so I am making another report here.
One duplex to the East has a refrigerator on their lawn that has been there for at least 3 days. It has sometimes been open and has rotting milk, food and bugs inside
