Yard is rarely mowed or cared for in any way. Grass is now over 3 feet high along the roadway. Lots of overgrowth, including Asian bush honeysuckle hanging over the roads' edge along Hector.

On the north side of E. Smith Ave, roughly 25 yards west of the intersection with Henderson, there is a tree that is covered with poison ivy vines. The vines now hang over the sidewalk, making it difficult to walk on the sidewalk without bumping into poison ivy leaves.
Compost (right of driveway) not covered, drawing rats. Weeds growing all over property esp. right of driveway.
Lawn is overgrown ("weeds up to hips").
Defne Jones is an absentee homeowner in our community. She is repeat offender for failure to maintain her property at 412 E. Laurelwood Court, Bloomington. The yard is once again out of control and in need of mowing (among other things). This is not the first time she has been reported to the city.
Identical issue to uReport cases #181052 and #171211. Large stones from corner of retention wall (NW corner of property, Lincoln side and adjacent to the alley) are not professionally set and have a habit of falling down onto the sidewalk. Currently, the fallen stones are not completely blocking foot traffic, but wheelchair/stroller traffic is impeded and the stones pose a dangerous stumbling hazard at night. The property owner should have the wall redone by actual, competent masons so that this doesn't happen again.
At 731 S Parkway Dr the yard is extremely unkept. Grass not mowed, weeds are high, shrubs so overgrown you can’t see front door, they are as tall as the house, up to the gutters. Back yard is overgrown also. Neighbors are concerned. You can see a kiddie pool surrounded by weeds. The driveway has junk cars with flat tires and a dumpster is permanently in the driveway. If the inside is as bad as the outside it is unfit to live in especially for children. Please do something. Neighbors know this has been reported for years and nothing changes. I would think the school bus driver would report it. Summer time people take walks and everyone sees this run down property. Pest control services in the area told us they wouldn’t go back to the house it was so bad inside from his view from the front door. The mailman has to see it. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!

Shamrock Pointe apartments, extremely high weeds, along the sidewalk and road at the entrance to the apartments in contrast to the other side of the street, which is well kept.
