I have been dealing with a leak from the upstate department for seven weeks now. I have spent my own money and my own time to redirect the leak. I have had to move furniture in my living room and bedroom. I spent multiple shop vac, moving furniture, vacuuming, and spraying the carpet. I have had absolutely no help from the summit point staff after making six submissions for their help. I would appreciate any help I can get.

Large amounts of trash behind 752 S Walnut St. and across the waterway at 735 S College. Not sure why the building hasn't been ordered for demolition. Great harboraqge for rats.
