1500 to 1600 southside of Atwater, 300 Swain (west side), Hunter Ave foot path (between Mitchell & Eastside), 400 to 500 Eastside, all sidewalks still covered with snow and can not be walked on
The sidewalk on the south side of the 1500 block of east Atwater and the west side of the 500 block of Eastside are still snow covered.
On the north side of the 1500 & 1600 block of E. 1st. the limbs are hanging down over the side walk and bushes are over grown.

Lot super overgrown. Needs cut. Rat nature preserve.
Larry called and stated that 150 Willow Ct. has three week of trash sitting out side of it.
Third time that residence has been written up since 7-19-2012
Our crews were at this location this morning and there is trash everywhere! They emptied the cans but left the remaining trash all over the ground.
