There is trash and yard debris all over this lot. The trash/debris travel to the street/other houses with storms. This is a problem all year long. The address does not have number: it is on W Cottage Grove Av between 1208 and 1212.
Theres is excessive growth of bushes and branches all over this lot. In the summer, there is poison ivy and the overgrowth blocks the sidewalk. There is also a dead tree leaning towards the neighbouring house. This is a concern because a tree next to this one fell during the December storm. This is an unsightly and rodent haven, mess. How long are they going to be allowed to keep their yard like this?!
