I have complained to the landlord and they said they took a test and it came back negative. We have not seen the test and they said they have an attorney. I need to get my son out of their. See case #188409. It has been a week since that report, though the garbage has been there longer. How long do they have before another citation and another fine? Garbage piled up on south side of the house along the alley. They have not all moved out for the summer - lights on at night - so there is someone around who could be setting out the trash.
