We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. This trash has been on the rear porch all summer long. Animals have picked at this garbage and spread the debris all around. In addition, the black trash can has been at the curb since last week.

the landlord has been notified for 4 months about how the air is no longer working and it gets up to 80 degrees in the building and there is a business there and doesn’t have a care in the world to want to fix it. when it’s 80 outside it feels then same inside!
