There are still huge piles of trash in my neighbor's front and back yards. They stink and they have made no attempt to remove any of it. Please ticket them again as often as possible. Abatement was the only solution for this for the last 3 years. Please help us.
On the east side of the house is a wheel barrel size pile of used kitty litter and is very close to the city drain. You can see it better when you go down Ritter St.

sidewalks near Templeton Elementary right where the children learn to cross the street are snow covered and icy; property owners may be elderly and in need of assistance
the sidewalk is full of snow and ice - the 1300 block of south henderson. Children trying to walk to school cannot walk in the street - please clean off your side walks - this is a safety issue.
