Playground is so neat, but there was trash everywhere. With it located in housing there needs to be more upkeep. Unfortunately this park will be destroyed in a matter of a year or 2.

Excessive trash and yard waste in the front yard.

Neighbor (pavillion properties) leaves the gravel pit unattended and the trash is overflowing, there is waste and needles all over the lot. There is now a mattress where homeless are sleeping. It is creating risk for clients and staff. He should be penalized for not maintaining the property.

Lawn is extremely overgrown

The residents "moved out" over month ago, and the trash outside of the property is still piled around the building. there was some effort to remove what is out front, but there still remains quite a bit around the sides and piled against the house out back. Also, although the grass was "cut" it was not cut well or low enough, it definitely needs cutting. This is a mosquito and tick haven. Please have something done about it. If fines have not already been assessed perhaps that would motivate the property owners.
