Dead tree on NW corner of 2nd and Swain that is filled with poison ivy.
Overgrown yard, hazardous material dumped in the yard from renovations. Nails, insulations and other materials
Trash everywhere several none running cars in yard for years. Shed recently moved against the fence row.
Weeds are overgrown at the NE corner of 3rd and Madison, adjacent to the property for sale. Thanks.
The neighbor behind me on Blue Ridge Drive has been dumping yard waste into the easement. I asked them to stop and they said that it wasn't my property because it was the easement under the power line. I contacted Duke Energy. What else can I do?
I’m begging for help. This house is a total hazard.
Owner of the building (Fox) was alerted of sheet metal flying off his roof yesterday and has left this large sharp piece of metal in the public alleyway. It’s still here today
Failure to remove yard waste and leaves from private property. Violates Code 12.24.030 Trees and Flora maintenance. Requirement of owners of parcels of land, adjacent to a public street, to improve and maintain the street tree lawn area, including leaf raking and brush collection. To be properly disposed.
Property owner blew leaves all over sidewalks along both Cottage Grove and Lincoln, where they have piled up and are blocking passage and making the walkways slippery and dangerous. If the City refuses to pick up leaves, they should at least follow through and fine people who blow leaves onto ther people's property or public thoroughfares. The argument that the leaves will eventually decay is specious; that line of thought could be extended to saying that there is no need for laws at all because eventually everyone alive today will one day be dead.
Heaps of leaves along the sidewalk in the street, causing parking problems. The owners must not have gotten the message that the city is not picking up leaves anymore.
