Caller reported that a rental home at the corner of Rogers and Davis has been empty for several months, and the grass is now 3 feet high. Thanks for your help.

out on west 3rd street at the intersection of 3rd & yancy, there's a vacant business building, & the yard hasn't been mowed yet this year. i think it used to be "B&L communications". as i walk by the front on the public sidewalk, the weeds are up to my waist. one time recently after dark, i could tell there was an animal scurrying around in there, but i couldn't see what it was since it was hidden. felt scary to walk by there, but i have to because of my situation with where i live & work.
